My journey into marketing and communications began with my fascination for the intersection of technology and human interaction. While studying IT, I became intrigued by how social algorithms influence behavior. This curiosity led me to explore digital marketing, eventually landing a part-time role as a social media manager. I was immediately hooked by the endless possibilities to connect, engage, and inspire through digital platforms.
Working primarily with non-profits has been particularly meaningful. There’s something profoundly moving about seeing how a single social media post can send food to a family in need or increase access to education. It’s these tangible impacts that fuel my passion for crafting campaigns that matter.
What motivates me most is discovering stories that resonate with audiences and presenting them in ways that inspire action. Data plays a crucial role in guiding my creative direction. If analytics show that audiences are drawn to financial education, my task becomes transforming that data into engaging narratives that hold their attention.
Creative Approach & Philosophy
At the core of my creative philosophy is the belief that stories must remain human-centered, with data serving as the framework. Personal stories anchor my campaigns, while analytics shape how those stories are shared for maximum impact.
I draw creative inspiration from storytellers like Ryan Reynolds, whose campaigns are lighthearted yet emotionally compelling. I believe in balancing sincerity with a touch of humor when appropriate, ensuring messages stay memorable and relatable.
Leading cross-functional teams requires creating an environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and empowered. I strive for open communication and mutual support, often drawing lessons from Ted Lasso’s leadership style—balancing kindness with clear expectations.
One of my proudest moments was launching the IRUSA podcast in a space where no similar efforts existed. We faced early challenges but built a dedicated following and earned multiple award nominations. A particularly memorable interview with a U.N. representative started slowly but turned transformative when she shared how cryptocurrency could accelerate humanitarian aid. The episode became one of our most downloaded features, proving that persistence and curiosity can reshape even the toughest projects.
Ultimately, a compelling brand narrative must stay true to its mission while embracing the human experience. It’s about weaving together authenticity, empathy, and data-driven insight to create stories that resonate and inspire.
