My marketing portfolio is rooted in a deep curiosity about the intersection of technology and human behavior. While studying IT, I became intrigued by how algorithms shape what we see and do online. That curiosity led me to digital marketing—and eventually to a part-time role as a social media manager. I was immediately hooked.

What began as a technical interest quickly became a creative calling. I discovered the power of digital platforms to connect, inspire, and transform. Working with nonprofits made that transformation tangible—watching how a single tweet or Instagram post could help fund a food delivery or amplify a refugee’s voice reinforced my passion for storytelling with impact.

Today, what drives me is finding stories that resonate and crafting campaigns that move people. Data is essential to that work. If analytics show that audiences care about education access, I find the human story behind that interest—and tell it in a way that’s authentic, engaging, and strategic.

Creative Approach & Philosophy

At the core of my creative philosophy is the belief that stories must remain human-centered, with data serving as the structure, not the soul. Every campaign I lead starts with real people: their struggles, their triumphs, their voice. From there, I use analytics to refine content, target the right audiences, and shape distribution.

I’m inspired by marketers like Ryan Reynolds, who blend sincerity with smart humor. I aim for a similar balance, especially in nonprofit spaces, where authenticity is non-negotiable but a light touch can make heavy topics more accessible.

I also believe that leadership is a creative act. Cross-functional teams thrive when there’s clarity, respect, and space for everyone to contribute. I take cues from Ted Lasso—lead with heart, hold high standards, and never lose sight of the bigger purpose.

One campaign I’m particularly proud of is launching the IRUSA podcast, one of the first of its kind in the humanitarian space. It started as an experiment but evolved into a platform for powerful, award-nominated conversations. A standout moment: interviewing a U.N. rep who, after a slow start, opened up about how cryptocurrency could revolutionize aid delivery. That episode became one of our most downloaded—a reminder that the best stories often emerge from unexpected moments.
